Terms and Conditions for Final Customers
1) In-store redemption on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) from 2 to 5pm.
2) Merchant reserves the right to substitute items of similar value in the event of unavailability.
3) Choice of one of the following drinks: Gula Melaka Kopi Latte, Matcha Kopi Latte or Salted Caramel Kopi Latte.
Choice of one of the following Tea-time snacks: Chwee Kueh, Crispy Mini Spring Rolls or Chicken Ngoh Hiang.
4) Take out option is available subject to surcharge at time of redemption
Voucher redemption validity: 15th July to 15 October 2025 ( refer to purchase voucher periods which it must be used)
Voucher Promotion validity: 1st July to 30 September 2025
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of voucher will result in returning only 80% of voucher value before the voucher expiration dates.
Eataway Voucher Usage T&Cs (For Partners to take note)
- Maximum expiry period of each voucher is for 1 year period starting from the first date of purchase.
- Partners can submit a request for extension of voucher expiry period. Extension is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept.
- Partners can submit a request for transfer of voucher to another agent/ partner. This agent/ partner must have an active account on www.eataway.com.sg at time of transfer in order receive the voucher. Transfer is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept.
- Direct refunds are not allowed for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that has not been issued to an end customer. Partner can request for same value replacement of voucher. Replacement is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept.
- Direct refunds for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that is issued to an end customer can be requested and subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. A refund fee that is 20% of the face value of the voucher will be levied if a refund request is approved. Eg. Face value of S$20 will be charged with a S$4 refund fee.
